About the Winery

In 1978, Rosenblum Cellars opened in Alameda, California - a place known more for its docks and shipyards than for winemaking. Not surprising considering Kent Rosenblum, “The King of Zin,” always liked to do things his own way. From single-vineyards in Sonoma and Alexander Valley to strictly selected regional blends, Rosenblum has since made more than 50 award-winning Zinfandels, in addition to its selection of Rhone varietal wines. Conveniently situated right off the Ferry Landing, Rosenblum is the perfect spot to relax, enjoy Bay views, and discover the original urban winery in the heart of Jack London Square’s major dining, entertainment, and shopping scene.

Great spot right on Oakland waterfront. Can take the Ferry from SF (aka, no designated driver needed). Offers a range of wines from a seasoned winemaker, small bites, & super fun events like Hey Girl! Bingo! (look it up). Two thumbs up 🤘

Loved it. Bought 2012 Carla's zin...unique, smiley, lovely. Would be great to come to on a sunny day and easy to get to from the city with the ferry
